The system combines a sealing grommet, cable lug, and optional insulated screw into a fully protected connection point for assemblies, battery systems, machinery, and transportation applications with high requirements for protection against dust and moisture.

Welche Materialien empfehlen Sie für Batteriepol-Abdeckkappen?
Für klassische Bleibatterien in Kraftfahrzeugen und Staplern nutzen wir meist PVC oder EPDM. Für Lithium-Systeme mit höheren Temperaturen oder aggressiveren Elektrolyten empfehlen wir Silikon oder NBR. Entscheidend sind Dauergebrauchstemperatur, UV-Belastung und Medienkontakt, darauf stimmen wir das Material ab.
Was ist der Unterschied zwischen Isolierkappe, Polschutzkappe und Lugsulation?
Eine Isolierkappe schützt in erster Linie vor Berührung und Kurzschluss — sie sitzt lose oder geklemmt auf Kabelschuhen oder Klemmen. Eine Polschutzkappe ist dasselbe speziell für Batteriepole, oft farbcodiert rot/schwarz. Unsere Lugsulation® geht einen Schritt weiter: Sie ist eine Vollisolierung mit integrierter Dichtfunktion (O-Ring), die zusätzlich gegen Feuchtigkeit, Schmutz und Kriechströme schützt. Für anspruchsvolle Anwendungen in Invertern, Motoren und Antriebssystemen.
Wie lang sind typische Lieferzeiten?
Standardartikel aus Lagerbestand: wenige Tage. Kundenspezifische Kappen ohne Neuwerkzeug: 3–6 Wochen. Mit neuem Werkzeug: 6–12 Wochen je nach Komplexität. Für Großprojekte planen wir gemeinsam Rahmenlieferpläne, damit Ihre Serienfertigung nie wartet.
