Lugsulation Smart is a variation of Lugsulation Deep. The design enables multiple connections per terminal and is suitable for flat terminals with different heights.
Serial and parallel installation
Multiple connections can be mounted on one terminal.
Insulation screw
Overmoulded galvanized steel screw for the Smart series.
TPE V0 sealing sleeve
Available with flame-retardant UL94 V-0 material option.
Three components of Lugsulation Deep Smart
The Lugsulation Deep Smart is a set consisting of a sealing sleeve, a Deep cable lug, and an screw:
Sealing sleeve: Reliably protects against moisture, dirt, vibration, and corrosion, even under extreme operating conditions.
Special cable lug: Deep cable lug, also stackable for flat contacts.
Screw: Torx screw.

Designed for serial and parallel installation on flat terminals. The stackable design allows multiple connections per terminal. It is suitable for flat terminals of different heights (from 0 to 2 mm).
Advanced protection
Offers IP64 protection class, upgradeable to IP67 with shrink tubing at the cable outlet for fully insulated and sealed connections.
High quality materials
The Lugsulation Set can be made of a TPE V0 (UL94) sealing sleeve, for superior durability and conductivity. The special Torx Insulation screw features overmoulded galvanized steel.
Wide variety of types
Available in multiple sizes – M8 x 15 / 22 / 28, M10 x 15 / 22 / 28, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of applications, for cross sections from 16-120mm². Different colours are also available.
Touch protection
Thanks to the complete encapsulation of the cable lug, the Lugsulation reliably protects against accidental contact—providing greater operational safety and reducing risk for service personnel.
Low Maintenance
Once installed, the connection remains permanently protected. Lugsulation significantly reduces maintenance requirements and extends the service life of electrical systems.
